Strategic and hands‑on leader responsible for delivering the UltraContract platform end‑to‑end, setting technical direction, scaling architecture, and building a high‑velocity engineering organization. Partners with product and executive leadership to translate customer needs into reliable, scalable solutions while maintaining rapid release cadence.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Own full‑stack delivery (frontend, backend, infrastructure, AI integrations) for UltraContract.
- Define and evolve technical strategy, architecture, and engineering standards for scalability, reliability, and rapid iteration.
- Establish and maintain a high‑velocity engineering operating rhythm (tight feedback loops, fast releases, high quality).
- Recruit, onboard, mentor, and manage engineering talent; drive career development and performance management.

**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- No specific certifications required; advanced certifications in cloud platforms or AI/ML are a plus.
