**Job Title:** Sales Development Program Sales Associate **Role Summary:** Entry-level sales role with structured training to transition into an Outside Sales Representative position, focusing on equipment rentals and customer relationship development. **Expectations:** - Complete 4–6 month training program with progression to Outside Sales Representative based on performance. - Achieve sales targets through outbound campaigns and customer engagement. - Master CRM tools and sales methodologies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Attending on-site training and digital sales classes to build product and sales knowledge. - Collaborating with team members to support customer success through equipment rentals and service contracts. - Conducting outbound sales outreach across construction verticals, managing pricing negotiations, and resolving multi-piece rental requests. - Utilizing CRM and inventory management systems to track performance and customer accounts. - Engaging in local team initiatives (safety huddles, events) and providing feedback to leadership. - Developing sales strategies, timelines, and account plans during coaching sessions. **Required Skills:** - Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. - Team collaboration and customer relationship-building skills. - Proficiency in computer systems and mobile devices. - Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. - No specific certifications required. - Must reside within driving distance of assigned branch.
