Job Title: Integrated Marketing Specialist – Brand Collaborations Role Summary: Lead and execute brand collaboration and licensing marketing initiatives, driving awareness for the HEYDUDE brand. Coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage partner relations, and deliver integrated campaigns that align with strategic objectives and cultural moments. Expectations: - Deliver timely, innovative partnership activations that support go‑to‑market strategies. - Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Product, Creative, Digital, Legal) and external partners (brands, influencers, celebrities). - Present data‑driven insights and optimizations to senior leadership and global teams. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement collaboration playbooks and activation plans across global units. - Manage timelines, deliverables, and asset approvals for partnership campaigns. - Draft and deliver briefing documents to internal teams and agencies, ensuring alignment with overarching strategy. - Coordinate seeding lists and product distribution to key influencers and social media talent. - Gather and analyze campaign data, including unit economics, partner performance, and cultural relevance. - Provide weekly cross‑functional reports and adjust collaboration strategy as needed. - Rapidly respond to emerging cultural moments for quick‑to‑market partnership opportunities. - Collaborate with legal and compliance to secure partnership agreements and protect brand integrity. Required Skills: - Strategic partnership development and activation. - Project management with strong organizational and prioritization abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication, including briefing and reporting skills. - Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights. - Proactive problem‑solving and ability to navigate fast‑paced environments. - Cultural awareness of music, fashion, streetwear, and broader consumer trends. - Team collaboration and stakeholder engagement. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Minimum 2+ years of integrated marketing or brand collaboration experience, preferably with a global brand. - Industry knowledge of footwear or fashion brands is a plus.
