**Job Title:** Learning & Development Intern
**Role Summary:**
Provide hands‑on support in the Learning & Development department during a full‑time summer internship (May 26 – July 31 , 2026). Assist in daily operations, design and deliver training materials, support workshops, conduct research and data analysis, and report progress on projects.
**Expectations:**
- Full‑time commitment during the internship window, with flexible arrangements as needed.
- Actively enrolled in a bachelor’s, master’s, or equivalent degree program with at least one semester completed.
- Demonstrate initiative, teamwork, and adherence to core values: consideration, cooperation, communication, innovation, and accountability.
- Complete assigned tasks on time, provide clear progress reports, and engage in ongoing learning activities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Assist with day‑to‑day operations and administrative tasks relevant to L&D.
2. Design, develop, and update training materials (e.g., slide decks, facilitator guides, handouts).
3. Support the delivery of training sessions and workshops, including logistics and participant coordination.
4. Contribute to ongoing team projects, including content creation, curriculum mapping, and resource collection.
5. Perform research and basic data analysis to inform training initiatives.
6. Compile assignments, summarize findings, and report progress to supervisors.
**Required Skills:**
- Fundamental instructional design principles and familiarity with e‑learning tools.
- Proficient written and verbal communication in English.
- Basic research and data analysis capabilities; comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills, time‑management, and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and willingness to learn new systems.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s, master’s, or related degree program (e.g., Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, Communications).
- Minimum of one completed semester of coursework.
