Job title: Chef de projet Performance SI Achats (Project Manager, Procurement Systems Performance) Role Summary: Lead the deployment, evolution, and adoption of the Ivalua source‑to‑contract and procure‑to‑pay solution. Ensure data quality, governance, and reporting for the C‑suite and business units. Model and optimize procurement processes, manage relationships with IT, vendors, and stakeholders, and drive transformation initiatives aligned with regulatory and technological advancements. Expections: Deliver projects on time and within scope, maintain high data quality standards, provide actionable KPI reports, and support the organization’s shift toward automated, AI‑enabled procurement. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, coordinate, and monitor project milestones, risks, and resources for the Ivalua implementation. - Design and enforce data quality standards, conduct audits, and implement continuous improvement plans. - Build and maintain KPI dashboards (procurement, supplier, ESG, risk) for senior leadership. - Map, model, and harmonize procurement processes using BPMN, process mining, and business flow diagrams. - Liaise with IT, vendors, and end‑users to manage the roadmap, enhancements, and support. - Lead procurement transformation efforts, incorporating DORA/CSRD compliance, AI, and automation initiatives. - Anticipate data/AI impacts on procurement organization and recommend governance/tools changes. Required Skills: - Proven project management experience (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent). - Expertise in data quality management (standards, controls, continuous improvement). - Strong process modeling skills (BPMN, flowcharts, business maps). - Proficiency with procurement systems (Ivalua), reporting tools (Power BI), ETL, and data governance tools. - Business acumen in procurement and ESG/CSRD issues. - Professional English proficiency (written and oral). - Analytical mindset, solution orientation, and rigor in multi‑actor project environments.
