Job Description
**Job Title** Customer Success & Project Management Intern **Role Summary** Intern in the Customer Success Manager team responsible for understanding client needs, configuring the SaaS platform to meet those needs, providing end‑to‑end support, and managing project phases from onboarding to deployment. Works closely with CSMs and Product Managers to ensure timely delivery of customized solutions. **Expectations** * Master’s student or equivalent in Engineering, Business, or Data‑Technology disciplines. * Quick, proactive problem‑solving with ability to handle multiple tasks and reprioritize. * Excellent Excel proficiency and analytical mindset. * Strong interpersonal skills, team orientation, and high level of professionalism. * Fluent in English (spoken and written); bilingual preferred. * Interest in management innovation, motivation science, and growth within a high‑potential startup. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Client & User Support** * Manage support tickets for administrators and end‑users. * Create and maintain automated workflows and Help Center content. 2. **Technical Implementation & Configuration** * Design and set up engagement tools (challenges, KPI dashboards, coaching models, training pathways). * Analyze client requirements to propose platform enhancements and participate in product strategy discussions. 3. **Project Management** * Collaborate with CSMs on onboarding, deployment, and platform development stages. * Lead client meetings: prepare statistical analyses, draft recommendations, record minutes, and manage action items. 4. **Account Development** * Assist in identifying opportunities for upsell and deeper engagement with existing clients. **Required Skills** * Customer Success and Support operations * Project Planning & Execution * Technical configuration of SaaS platforms * Data analysis and Excel modeling * Multi‑tasking and priority management * Effective written and verbal communication * Team collaboration * Problem‑solving and analytical thinking * English fluency (minimum B2, preferably C1) **Required Education & Certifications** * Current enrollment in a Master’s, Engineering, or Business program with a focus on technology or data. * No specific certifications required, though knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is advantageous.
