Un nouveau modèle d’entreprise Coperbee, fondée en 2011, est une entreprise de service innovante, basée sur un modèle collaboratif et horizontal qui regroupe des femmes et des hommes experts IT. Collaboratif, car les efforts de l’entreprise sont mis au profit des collaborateurs afin qu’ils participent de manière active au bon fonctionnement de l’organisation et au développement du centre de Recherche & Développement. Ce système peut se mettre en place grâce à un modèle de management basé sur la confiance et l’ouverture d’esprit. Horizontal, car les décisions sont soumises aux avis des collaborateurs. Les résultats financiers, marketing, RH… sont présentés régulièrement aux collaborateurs afin qu’ils soient au fait de la situation de l’entreprise. Ce concept ambitieux et non conventionnel est financé par des prestations de consulting. L’objectif est que notre équipe de passionné(e)s continue à créer des solutions qui apportent une vraie valeur ajoutée à nos futurs partenaires.
