Job Description: **Job Title**: ML Engineer **Role Summary**: Design, build, and deploy machine learning models for voice interfaces and multimodal systems, ensuring robustness, performance, and user-centric outcomes. **Expectations**: - Proven delivery of complex ML projects to production, particularly user-facing systems. - Leadership in technical decision-making and collaboration across product, infrastructure, and research teams. - Expertise in optimizing model training, inference, and monitoring for real-time, large-scale applications. **Key Responsibilities**: - Design and automate evaluation pipelines for speech and multimodal models in production. - Develop tools for secure, privacy-compliant dataset curation, versioning, and analysis. - Partner with infrastructure and research teams to prototype, train, and deploy state-of-the-art voice models. - Optimize model training and inference for scalability, latency, and cost efficiency. - Implement monitoring systems to detect quality regressions and ensure model reliability. - Rapidly iterate on ideas from concept to production, maintaining test coverage and dashboard visibility. **Required Skills**: - Expert Python/PyTorch with production ML experience. - Hands-on training/fine-tuning of large language or multimodal models. - Strong evaluation skills: metrics design, user-centric KPI alignment, and model validation. - Deep understanding of the ML lifecycle (data ops, training pipelines, deployment, monitoring). - Software engineering proficiency across full stack for model integration. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
