Travel regularly within assigned regions to support hospital engagement and implementation. **Required Skills** - 4+ years B2B healthcare/life-sciences sales or institutional hospital sales experience (hematology/oncology, biotech/pharma preferred). - Proven success in hospital IT/management engagement, EHR/EMR workflow integration. - Experience in stakeholder mapping, contract negotiation, and project management. - Strong network with hematology/oncology stakeholders in France (desired). - Proficiency in CRM systems; familiarity with GDPR-aligned data processes. - Bilingual fluency: French and English (written/verbal). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) or equivalent experience. - No specific certifications required; working knowledge of medical terminology, hospital procurement, and data governance (e.g., GDPR) is essential.
