Job Description
**Job Title:** Sales Development Intern - Power Supplies Division **Role Summary:** Support B2B technical sales for custom power supply solutions by qualifying leads, managing pipeline activities, and collaborating with marketing and engineering teams. Gain hands‑on experience with CRM tools, sales communication, and industry‑specific product knowledge. **Expactations:** - Demonstrate strong organization and self‑motivation in a fast‑paced environment. - Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external prospects. - Meet weekly outreach targets (calls/emails) and contribute to pipeline growth. - Apply feedback from mentorship to continuously improve sales techniques. **Key Responsibilities:** - Research and qualify inbound and outbound leads. - Conduct cold calls and send outreach emails to potential clients. - Maintain and update CRM data (training provided). - Work with Marketing to identify and track new sales opportunities. - Attend client calls, take detailed notes, and support follow‑up activities. - Assist Sales Team with daily tasks, reporting, and pipeline development. **Required Skills:** - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Strong organizational and time‑management abilities. - Proficiency or willingness to learn CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and email automation tools. - Ability to conduct research and perform outbound prospecting. - Basic understanding of technical concepts; interest in power electronics preferred. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Currently enrolled in, or recent graduate of, a Bachelor’s program in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. - No specific certifications required; sales or CRM training provided on the job.
