Job Title: Full Stack Engineer Role Summary: Design, develop, test, and maintain web‑based applications and integration tools that connect internal ERP and engineering systems, streamline workflows, and support data‑driven decision making. Job Description
Job title: QA/QC Manager Role Summary: Lead the end‑to‑end quality assurance and control for engineered equipment components, managing supplier quality, documentation, testing, and compliance across multiple standards (ISO, ASME, API, IEC, etc.) to ensure delivery meets design, regulatory, and customer requirements. Expectations: - 8+ years QA/QC experience in engineered equipment (pumps, compressors, switchgear, transformers, skids, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, instrumentation). - Strong understanding of ISO 9001, API, ASME, IEC, UL, NEMA, NFPA, ATEX/IECEx, AWS codes. - Proven track record in NCR/Root Cause Analysis (8‑D, 5‑Why, Fishbone, FMEA). - Bachelor’s in mechanical, electrical, materials engineering or equivalent. - Willingness to travel to vendor sites (20–35 % of time). Key Responsibilities: 1. **Quality Strategy & Governance** – Own supplier QA/QC framework, translate owner requirements into vendor quality requirements, develop supply chain plans, ITPs, CQCs, hold/witness points. 2. **Supplier Qualification & Surveillance** – Qualify and audit suppliers/sub‑suppliers, assess capabilities, conduct risk‑based surveillance, manage third‑party inspections. 3. **Project QA/QC Execution** – Review/approve vendor documentation (WPS/PQR), oversee ITP execution (material traceability, dimensional checks, special processes, electrical tests), manage NCRs, concessions, waivers, root‑cause analysis, and corrective actions. 4. **Data & Documentation Management** – Drive closure of MDRs/Data Books, turnover dossiers (CoC/MTRs, calibration certificates, test reports, as‑built drawings). 5. **Interface Management** – Coordinate with Engineering, EPCs, and owners on punch lists, readiness for shipment/installation. 6. **Compliance & Standards** – Ensure adherence to codes/standards and regulatory/customer requirements. 7. **Continuous Improvement & Reporting** – Establish supplier performance KPIs, lead lessons‑learned sessions, develop standard work and templates for consistency/scalability. Required Skills: - Supplier quality management, ITP development, welding/NDE oversight, FAT/SAT, data book compilation. - Read and interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, single‑line diagrams, wiring diagrams, data sheets, specifications. - Proficiency in ISO 9001 QMS and audit practices. - Strong stakeholder communication and stakeholder management (contractors, TPIs, OEMs). - Analytical problem‑solving, NCR/Root‑cause analysis tools. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Materials Engineering or related technical discipline (equivalent experience considered). - ISO 9001 QMS knowledge; familiarity with API, ASME, IEC, UL, NEMA, NFPA, ATEX/IECEx, AWS codes required. ---
