Job Description
Job Title: Project Engineering Intern Role Summary 12‑month internship (January 2026 – January 2027) supporting engineering operations across multiple sites. Responsibilities include coordinating project milestones, managing governance documentation, streamlining processes, and assisting the rollout of new IT tools and engineering procedures. Expectations - Deliver timely, high‑quality governance and reporting materials. - Maintain and update databases, action registers, and financial data. - Identify and mitigate roadblocks and risks within project schedules. - Facilitate communications and meetings across functional teams. Key Responsibilities - Track and enforce project milestone and deliverable adherence. - Identify, document, and resolve process bottlenecks and risks. - Produce governance packages (daily, weekly, monthly). - Revise, create, or cancel engineering processes as needed. - Support integration and deployment of new IT tools within Engineering. - Assist in the roll‑out of De Havilland processes and tools across all programs (e.g., PCR Process). - Maintain comprehensive action registers and financial data records. - Co‑chair and facilitate project review meetings. Required Skills - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Strong organizational and multi‑tasking abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Effective presentation and facilitation skills. - Rapid learning and adaptability to new tools and practices. - Detail‑oriented approach focused on quality outputs. - Problem‑solving mindset and cross‑functional collaboration. Required Education & Certifications - Current bachelor’s or master’s student in business, commerce, or engineering. - Demonstrated strong academic performance. - Prior internship or work experience in project coordination or management.
