**Job title:** Assistant Consultant Paid Media – SEA & Social Ads (M/F)
**Role Summary**
Support paid‑media consultants in planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns for B2B and B2C clients. Contribute to strategy development, performance analysis, and reporting, while collaborating with cross‑functional teams (creative, data, strategy).
**Expectations**
- 4‑6 month end‑of‑study internship beginning January 2026.
- Student in final year of Master’s in business, marketing, or digital communication.
- Strong analytical mindset, interest in SEA and social advertising, and eagerness to learn paid‑media operations.
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Assist in setting up and monitoring campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
2. Analyze client needs, build acquisition strategies, and configure ad structures.
3. Track performance metrics, propose optimizations, and collaborate with consultants on campaign adjustments.
4. Prepare dashboards, performance reports, and recommendations for client presentations.
5. Stay updated on paid‑media tools, industry trends, and best practices.
6. Work closely with creative, data, and strategy teams; contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions.
7. Support the creation of client-facing documentation and presentations.
**Required Skills**
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar platforms.
- Strong data analysis skills (Excel, Google Data Studio, or similar).
- Basic understanding of keyword research, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication (English required; French a plus).
- Team player with independence, initiative, and adaptability.
- Detail‑oriented and capable of managing several projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset for identifying new campaign opportunities.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Current enrollment in a Master’s program (business, marketing, digital communication, etc.).
- Coursework or projects related to digital marketing, paid media, or data analytics preferred.
- Microsoft Office proficiency; experience with analytics tools is an advantage.
