**Job Title:** Full Stack Developer (Java) **Role Summary:** Design, develop, and maintain scalable, cloud‑native full‑stack applications using Java and modern front‑end frameworks. Expectations: Deliver reliable, scalable OnBase code, adhere to development standards, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and provide long‑term maintenance and support. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and customize OnBase Workflow, WorkView, and Unity Forms to support business processes. - Write, test, and maintain C#, .NET, or scripting code for OnBase automation and extensions. - Create, optimize, and maintain SQL Server queries and stored procedures for data access. - Integrate OnBase with external APIs, enterprise systems, and RPA tools. - Gather and translate functional requirements into technical designs. - Conduct unit and integration testing, debug issues, and ensure solution quality. - Prepare technical documentation, release notes, and user guides. - Manage version control, perform peer code reviews, and enforce coding standards. - Provide production support, troubleshoot incidents, and implement performance improvements.
