**Job Title:** Cybersecurity Analyst **Role Summary:** Conducts risk‑based cybersecurity assessments using the NIST Framework, identifies and mitigates threats, and supports the implementation and management of security technologies and controls to protect organizational assets. **Expectations:** - Apply NIST‑based methodology to evaluate security posture. - Deliver actionable risk analyses and mitigation plans. - Align security initiatives with regulatory and compliance requirements. - Collaborate with technical teams to deploy and maintain security solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform comprehensive cybersecurity assessments per the NIST Framework. - Identify, analyze, and mitigate cyber threats through risk‑based approaches. - Implement, configure, and support security products and technologies. - Contribute to the development of security strategies, policies, standards, and a risk‑based cybersecurity program. - Utilize security controls and monitoring tools to detect and respond to threats. - Ensure protection of organizational data and systems against cyber risks. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework. - Experience in risk assessment and threat identification/mitigation. - Knowledge of security controls and information security principles. - Ability to work with security technologies and tools. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred). - Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GSEC, CEH) are advantageous but not mandatory.
