**Job Title**
Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A
**Role Summary**
Supply strategic financial insight and analysis for a large, $700 M+ healthcare organization, driving budgeting, forecasting, variance management, and performance improvement across clinical and non‑clinical operations.
**Expectations**
Deliver accurate, timely financial reports, support multi‑year target setting, construct business cases for investment decisions, and provide benchmarked performance analysis to senior management and board committees.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, review, and refine annual operating budgets and multi‑year financial plans.
- Conduct monthly variance analysis and generate variance explanations for senior leadership.
- Build and maintain forecasting models; perform scenario analysis for funding proposals and investment decisions.
- Create KPI dashboards and management reports, integrating data from multiple sources into a single source of truth.
- Benchmark organizational performance against peers; identify operational efficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare and present findings, financial insights, and recommendations to senior management and board committees.
- Participate in internal committee meetings to review financial performance and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with clinical and corporate teams to align financial goals with business objectives.

- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making ability.
- Proficiency in data analytics, data flow, and data modelling.
- Advanced Excel, SQL/Access, and data visualization (Tableau, Power BI) skills.
- Experience with planning, forecasting, and reporting tools (e.g., Workday Adaptive Insight).
- Excellent written and verbal communication, report writing, proposal development, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build partnerships, influence stakeholders, and drive change through evidence‑based analysis.
- High level of self‑direction, accountability, and ability to manage complex analytical projects.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of financial planning, budgeting, and business‑partnering experience in a complex organization.
- MBA and/or CPA designation preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and multi‑site operations advantageous.
