Job Description
Job Title: Group Finance Business Partner Role Summary: Provides strategic financial leadership and business partnering across a multinational organization, driving budgeting, forecasting, KPI development, and performance reporting to support transformation and growth. Expactations: Build robust reporting frameworks, modernize budgeting processes, create performance‑driven steering tools, partner with management and local finance teams, challenge assumptions constructively, influence decisions, and operate autonomously in a fast‑changing environment. Key Responsibilities: • Own long‑term planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the entire organization. • Assess profitability, identify strategic opportunities, quick wins, and efficiency gains. • Define and implement new KPIs aligned with the evolving business model. • Partner with Group and Country managers to achieve financial targets and provide actionable insights. • Develop and professionalize management reporting tools and KPI frameworks. • Evaluate performance against budgets, prepare insights for decision‑making. • Support BI and analytical tool selection and implementation. • Standardize and optimize finance processes, structures, and procedures. • Communicate financial initiatives and expectations across the organization. Required Skills: • 5–10+ years of controlling or audit experience. • Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis. • Strong analytical and critical thinking to translate complexity into insights. • Excellent stakeholder‑management and communication abilities. • Ability to challenge constructively, influence decisions, and collaborate cross‑functionally. • Proficiency in English (French and/or Dutch an asset). Required Education & Certifications: • Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or related field. • Relevant professional certifications in finance or auditing are an asset.
