**Job Title:** Senior ServiceNow Developer
**Role Summary:**
Architect, develop, and maintain ServiceNow ITBM/PPM solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and digital transformation initiatives. Deliver high‑quality customizations, integrations, and documentation while staying current with platform releases.
**Expectations:**
- 12 + years of ServiceNow development experience, with proven expertise in ITBM/PPM modules.
- Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide API) and hands‑on experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server).
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design, develop, and implement PPM components (Demand, Project, Resource, Portfolio Management).
- Configure workflows, UI policies, client scripts, business rules, and form customizations.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and quality designs.
- Build and maintain ServiceNow scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Client Scripts).
- Integrate ServiceNow with external enterprise platforms via APIs and MID Server.
- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and participate in QA cycles to ensure scalable solutions.
- Produce and update technical designs, process flows, and user guides.
- Monitor new ServiceNow releases, evaluate, and implement relevant features.
- Provide post‑deployment support, troubleshooting, and continuous enhancement.
**Required Skills:**
- Advanced JavaScript and ServiceNow Glide API proficiency.
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, ITBM, and PPM modules.
- REST/SOAP integration experience and MID Server management.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
- Documentation, version control, and best‑practice adherence.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- ServiceNow certifications: Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM, Certified Implementation Specialist – ITBM/PPM (preferred).
- Scrum-related certification (e.g., Scrum Master) is a plus.
