Job Title: Sales Support Assistant Role Summary: Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team for the French market, managing pricing, contracts, customer communications, and cross-departmental collaboration. Expectations: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role. Native French proficiency; advanced English required. Experience with ERP systems and Salesforce preferred. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and manage quotations, price offers, and contracts according to company guidelines. - Resolve price queries, invoice litigations, and invoice-related disputes. - Oversee sample requests, stock levels, and sample shipments. - Coordinate equipment movement (shipping, returns, demos, exchanges). - Screen and respond to tender opportunities with required documentation. - Support sales team in managing product pack requests and modifications. - Maintain consignment contracts and organize customer mailings. - Facilitate interdepartmental collaboration with sales, marketing, customer service, quality, and regulatory teams. Required Skills: Advanced ERP system experience; Salesforce knowledge. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
