**Job Title:** Technical Lead CRM
**Role Summary:**
Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of end‑to‑end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions for financial institutions. Drive solution quality, scalability, security, and alignment with business processes while mentoring junior developers and coordinating with stakeholders.
**Expectations:**
- 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Strong knowledge of on‑premises and cloud (Azure) architectures.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and robust solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and decision‑making skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Design and architect scalable, secure Dynamics 365 CE solutions aligned with business needs.
2. Configure CRM modules, entities, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, business rules, plugins, and reports.
3. Develop and maintain integrations with external systems (REST APIs, SSIS, Azure services).
4. Define and enforce security models and access control strategies.
5. Ensure solution quality, performance, and scalability through testing, monitoring, and optimization.
6. Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues to maintain high availability.
7. Review code, enforce coding standards, and maintain technical documentation.
8. Oversee deployment lifecycle, including production releases and version upgrades.
9. Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
10. Deliver training, support, and documentation to end users and stakeholders.
11. Stay current with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM enhancements and industry best practices, sharing insights with the team.
**Required Skills:**
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM (core modules, advanced customization).
- Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI.
- Azure services integration.
- Development languages: C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, XML, JSON.
- REST API integration, SSIS, and Azure Logic Apps.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Strong business process knowledge (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service).
- Security, data privacy, and compliance awareness.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM certification (preferred).
- Banking industry experience (preferred).
