Job Description
**Job Title** Employment Coach (F/H) **Role Summary** Provide socio‑professional guidance to job‑seekers, helping them secure stable, long‑term employment. Deliver individualized coaching and facilitate collective training sessions on job‑search techniques, while addressing social barriers that may affect employability. **Expectations** - Work autonomously with a results‑oriented mindset. - Be mobile within the Île‑de‑France region (2–3 trips per week). - Conduct interviews, workshops, and liaison activities with recruiters and partner organizations. - Maintain accurate case documentation and meet defined recruitment milestones. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Individual Coaching** - Conduct intake interviews to assess needs, challenges, and employment goals. - Assist clients in developing professional projects, drafting CVs/cover letters, and preparing for interviews. - Support clients with social issues (childcare, housing, rights, health, mobility, language). - Establish contacts with recruiters and arrange client‑employer introductions. - Refer clients to appropriate services or partners when necessary. 2. **Group Facilitation** - Design and lead workshops on job‑search strategies, CV/cover letter writing, interview simulation, confidence building, etc. - Foster interactive, practice‑oriented learning environments. 3. **Administrative & Coordination** - Record client progress, produce reports, and update case files. - Participate in recruitment process steps (HR interview, manager interview, reference check, director interview, immersion). **Required Skills** - Strong interpersonal and communication abilities; empathetic, pedagogical approach. - Proven coaching/mentoring or counseling experience, preferably in employment integration. - Knowledge of recruitment processes and labor market trends. - Ability to address and navigate social barriers (housing, benefits, health, mobility). - Facilitation and workshop delivery skills. - Excellent organizational, time‑management, and reporting capabilities. - Proficiency in French (mandatory) and good command of English. - Comfortable using standard office software (MS Office, CRM/ATS tools). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Social Work, Psychology, Career Counseling, Human Resources, or a related field. - Professional certification in career coaching, employment counseling, or similar (preferred). - Relevant experience (2+ years) in job‑placement, social services, or workforce development is highly desirable.
