Job Title: .NET Server Developer (Hybrid)
Role Summary: Design, develop, test, and deploy secure, high‑performance server‑side applications using .NET 8 and ASP.NET Core. Collaborate in Agile teams to deliver features on schedule while maintaining code quality, documentation, and security standards.
Expectations: Deliver clean, maintainable, and secure code that meets sprint commitments and functional requirements. Demonstrate continuous improvement, proactive problem solving, and strong communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement server‑side solutions in C#, .NET 8, ASP.NET Core, and related technologies.
- Develop asynchronous components, RESTful APIs, microservices, and database interactions (SQL/SQLite).
- Write unit, integration, and performance tests; maintain test coverage and CI/CD pipelines.
- Perform code reviews, merge request validations, and uphold secure coding practices.
- Document technical, functional, and user‑level specifications.
- Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot application performance on Windows Server environments.
- Utilize Azure services (Application Insights, Storage, Service Bus, etc.) and containers, managing deployments via Azure DevOps.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives, planning).
- Stay current with industry trends and propose process or technology enhancements.
Required Skills:
- 5–7 years of server‑side development experience with .NET (C#, .NET 8, ASP.NET Core).
- Advanced knowledge of asynchronous programming, SQL/SQL Lite, REST APIs, microservices, and Windows Server/IIS.
- Proficiency with PowerShell, Azure DevOps, Git, Visual Studio, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of secure coding practices and secure development lifecycle.
- Ability to produce clear, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Excellent written and spoken French; English proficiency preferred.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or DEC in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field.
- Demonstrated experience equivalent to the educational requirement.
