Job Description

**Job Title:** Network Administrator **Role Summary:** Install, manage, and optimize network infrastructure to ensure system availability, security, and performance. Support large-scale IT projects and troubleshoot network issues across LAN, WAN, and WLAN environments. **Expectations:** A college diploma in computer science or equivalent, minimum 5 years of network administration experience, and mandatory CCNA/CCNP certification. Proficiency in deploying SD-WAN, network security protocols, and Cisco technologies. Strong analytical skills, ability to work under pressure, and fluency in French and English. **Key Responsibilities:** - Install, configure, and maintain network equipment (switches, routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi access points). - Monitor network performance, resolve incidents, and implement optimization strategies. - Manage access control systems, ensuring compliance with IT policies and regulations. - Document network configurations, procedures, and inventory. - Support IT operations teams and escalate critical issues as needed. - Stay updated on emerging technologies and network security trends. **Required Skills:** - Mastery of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, MPLS, and VPN technologies. - Experience with Cisco DNA, Cisco FMC, Cisco ISE, and network access control (NAC). - Proficient in configuring and troubleshooting operating systems (Windows, Linux). - Familiarity with ITIL service management frameworks. - Strong problem-solving abilities and bilingual communication (French/English). **Required Education & Certifications:** - College diploma or equivalent in computer science. - CCNA or CCNP mandatory; hands-on experience with SD-WAN deployment. - Valid Quebec driver’s license.
