Job Description
**Job title:** Artificial Intelligence Engineer **Role Summary:** Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions to enhance legal practice and business operations. Lead cross‑functional AI projects, optimize generative models, and create best‑practice standards. Provide technical mentorship, training, and user support for LLM and recommendation tools. **Expectations:** Operate in a collaborative, multi‑project environment; deliver high‑quality AI solutions on time. Communicate technical concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholders. Stay abreast of emerging AI research and apply it to product enhancements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define AI use‑cases, gather requirements, and align projects with business goals. - Design, develop, test, and deploy machine‑learning models (generative, recommendation). - Optimize model performance, scalability, and efficiency. - Author technical specifications, user guides, and presentations. - Establish and maintain AI development best practices and standards. - Provide first‑ and second‑line support, training, and documentation for end users. - Mentor junior developers and collaborate with data, legal, and business teams. - Manage project tasks using Scrum/DevOps practices; utilize GitHub, Azure DevOps, or equivalent. **Required Skills:** - Proficient in Python, TensorFlow or PyTorch, and building recommendation models. - Strong software engineering fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, SQL, C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, React, or similar. - Experience with Azure or AWS cloud services. - Familiarity with DevOps, GitHub, and SCRUM. - Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities. - Capacity to learn new technologies rapidly and work independently under shifting priorities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred). - Relevant certifications in AI/ML, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), or software development are advantageous.
