Job Description: **Job Title:** Technical Sales Specialist **Role Summary:** Sell technical products (e.g., jewelry, computer/tech) by assessing client needs, delivering sales presentations, and providing ongoing support through technical expertise and relationship-building. **Expectations:** 5+ years sales experience; on-site work only; no supervision responsibilities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Promote sales to existing clients and identify new clients. - Assess client needs/resources to recommend goods/services. - Deliver sales presentations and conduct transactions via e-commerce platforms. - Use sales forecasting software (e.g., Salesforce) to track performance. - Provide post-sale support, resolve product/service issues, and advise on merchandise. - Assist with merchandise displays and collaborate in sales meetings/trade shows. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Shopify. - Strong sales experience in technical, industrial, or manufacturing sectors. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client engagement. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Analytical skills for sales planning and problem resolution. **Education & Certifications:** Secondary (high school) diploma or equivalent.
