**Job Title:** Senior Multidisciplinary Designer **Role Summary:** Lead creative design projects across digital, print, and social media platforms, from concept to production, supporting client portfolios. Work within a hybrid studio environment, collaborating on brand design, motion graphics, web design, and multimedia content. **Expectations:** Candidates should demonstrate expertise in motion design, video editing, web design, and AI tools, with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize pitches, and communicate creative vision to stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop storyboards, motion graphics, and video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects. - Design and prototype functional websites in Figma. - Utilize AI tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion) for ideation and asset creation. - Create print materials (brochures, reports) in InDesign and vector-based branding in Illustrator. - Edit photographic content in Photoshop, including colour grading and mockups. - Design pitch presentations and templates in Microsoft PowerPoint. - Advise on client brand strategies and deliver visually compelling, on-brand solutions. **Required Skills:** - Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro). - Proficiency in Figma and AI design tools. - Motion design and video editing. - Brand design and illustration. - Storytelling and presentation skills. - Project management in fast-paced environments. **Required Education & Certifications:** Not specified.
