Job Description
Job title: Commercial Process Analyst Role Summary Analyze and optimize commercial data processes to support scaling of a global healthcare retail business. Focus on master data management, gross price analysis, and trade promotions management across multiple markets. Expectations - Deliver accurate, “right‑first‑time” data for commercial operations. - Facilitate the rollout of trade‑promotion software in four European markets. - Enhance forecasting reliability and support S&OP activities. - Communicate findings and recommendations to cross‑functional teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities - Map, evaluate, and redesign master data processes and tools to close accuracy gaps. - Develop and maintain tracking mechanisms for data quality and process accountability. - Load and analyze gross‑price files from regional leads into the S&OP system; identify and flag inconsistencies. - Serve as liaison between markets and TPM consultants during software implementation. - Coordinate data loading, ensure on‑time delivery, and support system testing for TPM. - Document data flows to and from the TPM tool for audit and process transparency. - Identify process improvement opportunities and lead initiatives to implement changes. Required Skills - Minimum 3 years’ experience in Master Data Management or Trade Promotions Management. - Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to data accuracy and integrity. - Solid understanding of supply‑chain and commercial operations. - Effective written and verbal communication; able to collaborate across regions. - Proactive problem‑solving attitude and continuous‑improvement focus. - Commercial exposure or experience is an advantage.
