Job Description
**Job Title:** Systems Engineer Level 1 - Field **Role Summary** Provide remote and on-site technical support for workstations, peripherals, and industry-specific software. Troubleshoot issues, collaborate with internal teams and vendors, and ensure client infrastructure aligns with organizational standards. Hybrid role requiring occasional client site visits. **Expactations** - Hybrid work model with possible travel in assigned geographic area. - Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation. - Flexibility to work after-hours, weekends, and on-call as needed. - 2+ years of help desk/field services experience required. **Key Responsibilities** - Respond to technical support requests via phone, email, or chat. - Troubleshoot workstation, network, and application issues. - Onboard/offboard employees, configure user access, and deploy software. - Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve complex issues. - Maintain client infrastructure equipment per organizational standards. **Required Skills** - Desktop operating systems (Windows 7/10/11), DNS, DHCP, Active Directory basics. - Knowledge of backup software, file restoration, and Office 365/Exchange administration. - Troubleshooting: network printers, permissions (NTFS/share), InTune, client/server application issues. - Wireless connectivity, MFA deployment, and client-side diagnostics. - Soft skills: Customer service, communication, organization, multitasking under pressure. **Required Education & Certifications** - High school diploma/GED. - 2+ years in help desk or field services. - Certifications (preferred): CompTIA A+/Network+, MCSA, Apple OS X.
