**Job Title**: Vice President of Sales, EMEA
**Role Summary**: Lead the EMEA sales organization for a fast‑growing EHS SaaS vendor. Drive revenue expansion across UK & Ireland initially, then scale to the broader EMEA region. Manage a team of 10 Account Executives and a Business Development Manager, setting strategy, sales processes, and performance metrics to achieve aggressive growth targets.

- Deliver significant year‑over‑year revenue growth in UK, Ireland, and the wider EMEA market.
- Build and execute a scalable sales strategy aligned with product road‑map and market dynamics.
- Cultivate a high‑performance sales culture, providing mentorship, coaching, and clear career pathways.
- Foster cross‑functional collaboration with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Finance to drive customer acquisition, expansion, and renewal.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead, coach, and motivate the EMEA sales team, ensuring quarterly and annual quota attainment.
- Define sales processes, territory plans, and territory assignments to maximize coverage and efficiency.
- Develop and manage the sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and report on key performance indicators to senior leadership.
- Drive new business development through strategic partnerships, channel development, and account expansion.
- Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and customer feedback to inform product enhancements and go‑to‑market strategies.
- Oversee the end‑to‑end sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring a smooth handover to Customer Success.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to boost brand presence and pipeline generation.
**Required Skills**:
- Proven leadership in EHS or safety‑related SaaS sales, with 5+ years of experience managing a team of sales professionals.
- Deep understanding of EHS SaaS products, including worker safety, operational risk, chemical management, and training solutions.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with a track record of scaling sales operations in European markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills across all levels.
- Proficiency in CRM (e.g., Salesforce), sales analytics, and performance‑tracking tools.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, rapidly changing environment and adapt strategies accordingly.
**Required Education & Certifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CPR, first‑aid, occupational safety) are an advantage but not mandatory.
