Job Description
Job title: Sales Analyst Role Summary: Lead and execute trade‑marketing strategies for UK and Irish retail channels, manage budgets and P&L, collaborate cross‑functionally to maximize brand presence and ROI, and support sales teams with data‑driven selling narratives and new product launches. Expactations: Drive strong retailer relationships, deliver measurable ROI from trade initiatives, support sales KPIs, manage budgets, ensure product availability at launch, and maintain a high level of commercial insight across accounts. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and lead UK trade‑marketing plans for multiple brands, creating impactful in‑store displays. - Manage the UK trade‑marketing budget, optimizing spend for highest return. - Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and other teams to execute trade strategies and monitor performance. - Analyze sales data to craft compelling selling stories for retailers. - Build, manage, and analyze P&L statements for each retailer account. - Oversee NPD launches to maximize launch impact and product availability. - Maintain distributor relationships for the Irish market. Required Skills: - Commercial and business acumen with strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills. - Ability to influence and motivate cross‑functional teams and hold stakeholders accountable. - Strong communication and influencing skills across internal and external stakeholders. - Data analysis, budgeting, and P&L management capabilities. - Solution‑focused mindset, resilience, creativity, and determination. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline. - Relevant work or internship experience in trade marketing, sales analysis, or account management.
