**Job title** ERP SAGE X3 Technical Lead (F/H) **Role Summary** Provide technical leadership for the SAGE X3 ERP across the organization. Deliver level‑1 support, resolve complex user issues, drive incident reduction initiatives, manage minor system enhancements, and monitor performance metrics. Act as the liaison between business units and the IT department, ensuring smooth ERP operations and continuous improvement. **Expectations** - Deep expertise in SAGE X3 configuration and administration. - Proven experience in technical support, system development, and database management. - Strong communication and user‑training skills. - Ability to analyze problems, propose solutions, and implement process improvements. - Proactive approach to incident management and KPI development. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Lead level‑1 support team; triage and resolve user tickets. 2. Manage and close complex, unresolved tickets; coordinate with higher‑level support. 3. Design and implement solutions that reduce incident volume. 4. Execute minor enhancements (advanced parameters, custom queries) in SAGE X3. 5. Define, track, and report on performance indicators to demonstrate added value. 6. Provide operational and cross‑functional support to the IT department. 7. Produce regular activity reports for the IT Director. 8. Participate in ERP evolution projects aligned with growth and innovation goals. **Required Skills** - SAGE X3 ERP – configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting. - SQL administration and database tuning. - 4GL/4GL development (or equivalent). - Crystal Reports creation and modification. - Incident and ticket management (ITIL or equivalent). - Problem‑solving, analytical thinking, and process improvement. - Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to train users of varying skill levels. - Team collaboration and stakeholder engagement. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. - Professional certification in SAGE X3 (or equivalent ERP certification) highly preferred. - Certifications in IT service management (ITIL Foundation) or similar are an advantage.
