Job title: Marketing & Social Media Manager
Role Summary: Lead brand storytelling, community growth, and omnichannel marketing across digital and in‑person touchpoints, integrating content creation, partnerships, and grassroots activation for a fast‑growing consumer pet brand.
Expactations:
- 3–5 years of marketing, social media, or brand management experience.
- Proven track record of growing and engaging audiences across multiple platforms.
- Strong creative instincts with excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage projects from planning through execution without loss of momentum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own daily content and community management on Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
- Plan and execute a cohesive content calendar covering product launches, brand storytelling, education, and community moments.
- Produce and edit native short‑form video and photo content using tools such as CapCut or Adobe.
- Manage social media engagement (DMs, comments, tags, community shout‑outs).
- Develop, brief, and review influencer relationships (paid and unpaid).
- Build and maintain a growing UGC library for organic and paid campaigns.
- Pitch and manage brand partnerships and sponsorships with lifestyle, retail, and nonprofit partners.
- Lead grassroots marketing strategy: pop‑ups, dog‑cafe takeovers, retail events, gifting activations, nonprofit collaborations.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing on in‑store tools, signage, and co‑marketing with key retailers.
- Support paid social creative development in partnership with growth and performance teams.
- Coordinate email and lifecycle marketing efforts aligned with content and promotions.
- Track KPIs: engagement, follower growth, content performance, event impact and report insights.
Required Skills:
- Social media strategy and execution across Instagram, TikTok, and additional platforms.

Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications in social media marketing, digital marketing, or content creation are a plus.
