Job Description
**Job Title:** Junior Account Executive **Role Summary:** Support the Wholesale Team by coordinating daily sample tracking, market execution, and cross‑functional business activities. Act as a critical link between sales, financial planning, and customer service functions, ensuring seamless operation of the U.S. wholesale pipeline. **Expectations:** - Deliver accurate, timely support to sales, finance, and customer service teams. - Maintain high standards of organization, communication, and service orientation. - Exhibit strong analytical skills for reporting and replenishment insights. - Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple concurrent projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage and support key specialty store accounts, including showroom market appointments and trunk shows. - Prepare and set up showroom materials (swatches, binders, sales books, boards, cancel lists). - Assist AEs with web sample shipments and assortment notes; utilize NuOrder and other e‑commerce tools. - Conduct weekly visits to major NY accounts to gather product feedback and monitor visual merchandising. - Collaborate with Wholesale Planner to generate reports, build insights, and support replenishment programs. - Provide order entry support, PO management, and seasonal product/sample delivery tracking. - Monitor inventory availability across EZCO warehouses, including past season and backup merchandise. - Track and report on key performance metrics for wholesale operations. - Travel up to 30% to support account visits and market events. **Required Skills:** - 3–5 years wholesale/buying experience in fashion or luxury goods. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). - Strong communication, interpersonal, and follow‑through abilities. - Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and deadline‑driven. - Ability to multitask and support simultaneous projects. - Basic understanding of e‑commerce metrics and merchandising KPIs. - Knowledge of NuOrder (plus). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or related field preferred (equivalent experience acceptable).
