Job Title: Creative Project Coordinator
Role Summary:
Support end‑to‑end creative workflow for a women’s wellness DTC brand. Coordinate marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand partnerships, ensuring timelines, budgets, and assets remain on track in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
Expactations:
Early‑career project management role (2‑4 years experience). Operate as the central liaison among creative, brand, product, medical, and external partners. Maintain project status, resolve blockers, and deliver on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and oversee creative projects from kickoff to delivery, including social, email, retail, and partnership initiatives.
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and milestone tracking using PM tools (Asana, Monday.com, Airtable).
• Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and external agencies, freelancers, and vendors.
• Maintain organized asset libraries, documentation, and creative briefs with clear objectives and success metrics.
• Coordinate launch activities across digital, social, email, and retail channels.
• Track budgets, vendor invoices, and cost variance.
• Schedule and run meetings, capturing agendas, notes, and action items.
• Proactively problem‑solve, prioritising tasks as priorities shift.
Required Skills:
• 2–4 years project coordination in creative, marketing, or brand settings.
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and multi‑tasking ability.
• Strong written and verbal communication; liaison between creative and business teams.
• Proficiency with PM platforms (Asana, Monday.com, Airtable) and quick learning of new tools.
• Initiative‑driven, solutions‑oriented, and able to work autonomously under pressure.
• Collaborative mindset with emotional intelligence for diverse teams.
• Understanding of creative processes: content production, design workflow, campaign development.
Required Education & Certifications:
• Minimum high‑school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management or related field preferred.
• Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) a plus.
