Job Description
Job title: Executive Assistant Role Summary: Provide high‑level administrative support to the CEO and three senior executives, managing calendars, complex travel, communications, and office logistics to ensure efficient executive operations. Expectations: • Maintain discretion and professionalism at all times. • Anticipate executive needs and proactively manage priorities. • Handle confidential information with integrity. • Adapt to a fast‑paced, shifting‑priority environment. Key Responsibilities: • Calendar management, meeting scheduling, and correspondence handling for C‑level executives. • Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation. • Organize meetings, conferences, and office spaces; oversee event and office logistics. • Identify and implement process improvements for administrative workflows. • Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration among executives, departments, and stakeholders. • Maintain general office files, order supplies, and manage miscellaneous orders. • Supervise the Office Manager and support office functions as needed. • Assist with ad‑hoc strategic projects and confidential initiatives. Required Skills: • 5+ years as an Executive Assistant to C‑level executives. • Exceptional organizational, time‑management, and multitasking abilities. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Navan. • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism. • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced setting. • Comfortable handling confidential information. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or related field.
