Job Title: Vice President of Sales Role Summary: Senior sales executive responsible for leading and scaling the sales organization, crafting and implementing growth strategies, managing sales operations, and nurturing high‑value client relationships to drive revenue and market expansion. Expactations: - Deliver consistent revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets. - Foster a high‑performance culture within the sales team. - Maintain client satisfaction and loyalty. - Actively identify and capitalize on new market opportunities. - Operate effectively in a fully remote, global environment. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, coach, and develop a diverse sales team to achieve quarterly and annual goals. - Design and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business objectives. - Oversee end‑to‑end sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting. - Build and sustain strategic client relationships, ensuring retention and upsell. - Identify and pursue new business prospects within existing and emerging markets. - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and offerings. - Negotiate complex deals and contracts with key stakeholders. - Provide leadership in cross‑functional initiatives to drive organizational success.
