Job Description
Job Title: Full Stack Software Engineer Role Summary: Deploy, support, and continuously evolve mission‑critical microservices using Java and Python in a secure, 24/7 operational environment. Drive incident response, performance tuning, and secure coding practices while collaborating with cross‑functional teams under Agile frameworks. Expectations: • Operate in a high‑security, real‑time system support setting. • Maintain 99.9% uptime and rapid incident resolution. • Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, from design to production. Key Responsibilities: • Provide continuous monitoring and incident response during shift cycles. • Design, develop, and maintain microservices in Java and Python. • Administer Linux‑based production environments. • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines; deploy containerized workloads with Docker. • Ensure reliability, performance, and security compliance. • Integrate and test new system enhancements with cross‑functional stakeholders. • Conduct root‑cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and document procedures. • Participate in Agile ceremonies (scrum, planning, retrospectives). Required Skills: • Proficient in Java and Python development. • Strong experience with Linux operating systems. • Hands‑on with CI/CD tools and workflows. • Knowledge of Docker and microservices architecture. • Familiarity with Agile development processes. • Understanding of secure coding and information assurance. • Ability to work independently in mission‑critical, fast‑paced environments. Required Education & Certifications: • Security clearance: TS ORTS/SCI. • IAT Level II or higher certification.
