**Digital Transformation Manager** **Role Summary**: Lead end-to-end digital strategy execution, optimizing customer journeys, data integration, and cross-channel performance while aligning regional initiatives with global objectives. **Expectations**: - Oversee holistic digital consumer experiences across CRM, media, e-commerce, and customer service. - Implement data-driven strategies to enhance connectivity and acquisition tactics in digital marketing campaigns. - Champion global digital transformation projects and regional adaptations in North America. - Develop actionable insights from first-party data to support decision-making and performance optimization. **Key Responsibilities**: - Optimize end-to-end consumer journey mapping and friction point resolution across digital touchpoints. - Execute data strategy alignment with agencies and digital channel owners for CRM, engagement, and campaign initiatives. - Represent North America in global Growth, Digital, and Platforms (GDP) strategy discussions and platform rollouts. - Collaborate on reporting frameworks to ensure data supports campaign performance analysis and strategic adjustments. **Required Skills**: - 5+ years in digital marketing, preferably in consumer packaged goods (CPG) or agency environments. - Expertise in digital tools, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), web analytics, and tracking methodologies. - Proficiency in web content management systems and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (preferred). - Strong project management capabilities to prioritize and execute complex initiatives. - Cross-functional collaboration, leadership, and creative problem-solving in dynamic environments. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field. - Professional certification in digital marketing strategies, channels, and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce).
