Job Description: **Job Title** IT Workday Project Manager (M/F) **Role Summary** Lead the end‑to‑end integration of Workday within the enterprise IT ecosystem. Coordinate technical, functional, and vendor teams to ensure seamless interface implementation, rigorous testing, and alignment with international standards, delivering projects on schedule and within budget. **Expectations** - Deliver integration projects on time and within scope. - Provide executive‑level reporting and maintain stakeholder confidence. - Lead a small team (up to 2 FTEs) and manage an external integrator. - Foster cross‑functional collaboration across IT, security, HR, and business units. - Drive change acceptance and manage resistance. **Key Responsibilities** - Scope and plan integration projects, defining deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements. - Coordinate with internal IT functions (cyber, architecture, infrastructure, interop) and external integrator. - Manage design, specification, and acceptance testing of all enterprise interfaces. - Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to senior management. - Sustain IT coordination with international hubs (Germany starting 2026). - Oversee recovery and documentation of personal HR data (e.g., diplomas). - Secure key interfaces: Active Directory SSO, France Payroll (Teams RH), Expenses (D365), Germany Payroll (Sage), Employee & Absences (Octime). - Prepare for subsequent implementation waves (2027 onward). **Required Skills** - Proven experience in Workday integration (Payroll preferred). - Strong project management competence (agile/waterfall). - Excellent English written and verbal communication. - Leadership, initiative, and rigorous reporting ability. - Stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration. - Change‑management capabilities: manage expectations, resistance, and training needs. - Familiarity with SAP, D365, Sage, and standard enterprise IT interfaces. - Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high‑quality outcomes. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. - Professional project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred. - Workday or SAP integration certification advantageous.
