Job Description
Job Title: Marketing Project Manager Role Summary Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of communication and marketing projects from ideation to completion. Ensure cross‑functional alignment, maintain detailed project schedules, manage resources, and deliver outcomes that support marketing objectives. Expectations Deliver projects on time and within scope while fostering strong stakeholder relationships. Maintain transparency through regular updates, adjust plans proactively, and continuously identify improvements to project processes. Key Responsibilities - Execute end‑to‑end project management for marketing campaigns. - Define project scope, objectives, and stakeholder requirements. - Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using industry‑standard platforms. - Allocate and forecast resources, managing bandwidth and deadlines. - Monitor progress, adjust tasks, and mitigate risks. - Provide routine status reports to stakeholders. - Measure performance, conduct post‑project reviews, and generate improvement reports. - Maintain the global communications campaign calendar.
