Job Description: Job Title: Salesforce Developer – Remote Role Summary: Design, build, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and integrations, to support business processes and data flows across the organization. Expectations: Deliver high‑quality code, perform data migrations, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components. - Design and implement business processes using workflows, Process Builder, and custom logic. - Conduct data migration and integration projects using Salesforce APIs and third‑party tools. - Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration defects. - Collaborate with product, QA, and operations teams to gather requirements and deliver functional specifications. - Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
