Job Description

Job Title: IT Integration Developer Role Summary: Manage API-led integration solutions using MuleSoft and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) to align with business objectives and optimize system connectivity across internal and external platforms. Expectations: Develop integration strategies aligned with enterprise IT and business goals, collaborate on feature design, ensure performance and scalability of API-based systems, and continuously improve toolsets and processes. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, and maintain APIs using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform to integrate systems (Salesforce, Snowflake, ServiceNow, etc.). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration requirements and implement cloud-based solutions. - Ensure high-quality API performance through code optimization, troubleshooting, and automation. - Maintain expertise in integration trends, vendor roadmaps, and best practices. - Participate in special projects and process enhancements. Required Skills: - Proficiency in Java, MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, REST APIs, RESTful services, XML, JSON. - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS), API specification tools (RAML/Swagger), and agile methodologies. - Strong knowledge of SQL/PL-SQL, database workflows, and error handling in integration contexts. - Familiarity with cloud architecture, security practices, and cross-platform integration frameworks. Required Education & Certifications: - Master’s Degree in Technology, Computer Science, or related field. - Minimum 2 years of experience in application integration and cloud engineering solutions. - Proven expertise in at least two domains: Cloud, Data, Integration, Infrastructure, or Security Architecture. - Hands-on experience preferred with Java/J2EE, SQL scripting, and MuleSoft API design/development.
