Job Description
Job Title: Strategic Account Executive (Remote) Role Summary Lead end‑to‑end enterprise sales for AI/ML-powered applications, targeting large, regulated organizations. Drive new pipeline, close high‑value deals, and shape the company’s go‑to‑market strategy from inception. Expectations * Deliver consistent quota attainment (8+ years proven record). * Close ACV deals ≥ $1 M in early‑stage, high‑growth environments. * Own enterprise relationships, influencing product road‑map and sales playbooks. Key Responsibilities * Identify and nurture complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles across FinServ, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail. * Build pipeline from scratch, securing strategic accounts without pre‑existing playbook. * Translate technical AI/ML solutions into compelling business outcomes for C‑suite stakeholders. * Design multi‑year expansion strategies and maintain deep relationships with IT, product, and innovation teams. * Collaborate with VP of Sales and founders to refine enterprise strategy and influence product development. Required Skills * Enterprise software sales (≥ 8 yrs), proven quota over‑achievement at Fortune 500 companies. * Experience closing ≥ $1 M ACV deals in early‑stage contexts. * Deep knowledge of AI/ML platforms, digital transformation, enterprise data or consulting. * Ability to sell complex technical solutions to CIOs and IT leaders. * Demonstrated success in highly regulated, compliance‑heavy industries. * Entrepreneurial mindset: thrive in ambiguity, build from scratch, own outcomes. * Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills. Required Education & Certifications * Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. * Certifications in sales methodology (e.g., SPIN, MEDDPICC) or relevant technical domains preferred.
