Job title: Sales Enablement Lead (Global) Role Summary: Drive the execution of global sales strategy by creating and maintaining playbooks, tools, and training programs that empower sales teams to achieve forecast accuracy, improve win‑rate and accelerate ramp‑up. Partner with RevOps, Marketing and Product to ensure data hygiene, CRM adoption and cross‑functional alignment. Expectations: - Achieve higher training adoption and faster new‑hire ramp‑up. - Increase forecast reliability and win‑rate through systematic tooling and coaching. - Reduce process blockers and standardize best‑practice adoption across markets. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement and continuously optimize sales playbooks (prospecting, pitch, objection handling, closing, renewals, account management). - Own resource planning and high‑level target‑setting for sales teams. - Develop and deliver training sessions, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and refresher workshops. - Monitor and analyze AE/SDR performance metrics; recommend data‑driven solutions. - Work with RevOps to build actionable CRM dashboards and reporting. - Lead onboarding of new sales hires, creating enablement packs and templates. - Ensure consistent playbook use, CRM compliance, and process rigor across regions. - Act as internal coach, resolve blockers, and liaise with CRM/RevOps teams. Required Skills: - 4+ years in Consulting, Sales Operations or Enablement in fast‑scale or marketplace environments. - Strong organizational, autonomic, and structured project management. - Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate strategy into teachable content. - Analytical mindset; proficient with HubSpot or similar CRM and Excel‑based data analysis. - Comfortable balancing strategy and operational execution. - Self‑starter with proactive roadmap development. - Fluency in English and French; Portuguese a plus.
