**Job Title** Marketing Manager – Live Music & Touring **Role Summary** Lead end‑to‑end marketing campaigns for touring partners in the live music ecosystem. Design and execute digital and offline activations that drive ticket sales and partner awareness across French markets. Collaborate with account, sales, and brand teams, managing multiple partners concurrently and optimizing campaigns in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments. **Expectations** - Deliver measurable lift in ticket sales and audience reach for touring clients. - Manage a portfolio of 5–10 clients, balancing priorities and meeting tight launch deadlines. - Provide responsive, scalable support to partners and internal teams. - Apply data‑driven insights to refine campaigns and achieve partner growth objectives. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Develop and execute multi‑channel marketing strategies for touring partners, focusing on ticket sales acceleration. 2. Deploy and optimize paid media on Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant platforms, adjusting budgets in real time. 3. Plan, negotiate, and manage offline activations (OOH, media buys, agency partnerships). 4. Identify critical sales cycle periods, orchestrating targeted campaigns around pre‑sales, launch, and last‑minute push. 5. Monitor performance against KPIs, analyzing socio‑demographic, behavioral, and musical data, and reporting insights to stakeholders. 6. Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration with Account Managers, Sales, Brand & Marketing, and external media partners. 7. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of live music industry trends, particularly in electronic, rap, and urban scenes. 8. Foster strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for campaign strategy and execution. **Required Skills** - 2+ years’ experience in live music, events, or a cultural marketing agency. - Proven client‑facing project management: organization, prioritization, and cross‑channel campaign coordination. - Advanced proficiency in social media advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads). - Data‑driven mindset: ability to analyze campaign metrics and translate insights into action. - Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, comfortable working with diverse stakeholders. - Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously in high‑pressure, deadline‑heavy settings. **Nice‑to‑have Skills** - Familiarity with offline media planning (OOH, traditional media, agency partners). - Existing relationships with media groups, OOH providers, or industry contacts. - Passion for electronic, rap, and urban music scenes. - Knowledge of the live music ecosystem and its unique operational challenges. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. - Certifications in Meta, Google, or TikTok advertising (preferred but not mandatory).

Partner with RevOps, Marketing and Product to ensure data hygiene, CRM adoption and cross‑functional alignment. Expectations: - Achieve higher training adoption and faster new‑hire ramp‑up. - Increase forecast reliability and win‑rate through systematic tooling and coaching. - Reduce process blockers and standardize best‑practice adoption across markets.
