Job title: Proxy Product Owner – Internship / Apprenticeship (Jan 2026) Role Summary: Act as a junior Product Owner, driving execution of the product roadmap, optimizing user experience across multiple products, and bridging engineering, design, QA, support, and business teams. Participate in Scrum ceremonies, manage user stories, monitor deliverables, and measure post‑release impact while learning full product ownership. Expectations: * 12‑month structured learning program under the guidance of the senior Product Owner. * Deliver well‑written, actionable user stories and facilitate sprint planning, refinement, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives. * Own progress tracking, unblock blockers, and validate releases. * Collect and analyze usage data, user feedback, and performance metrics to inform continuous improvement. * Communicate effectively in English; Spanish language skills are an advantage. * Demonstrate autonomy, organization, and a results‑orientated mindset in a fast‑moving startup environment.
