Serve as trusted advisor, increase product adoption, ensure measurable outcomes, mitigate churn, and uncover expansion opportunities while collaborating with Sales, Support, Product, and Onboarding teams. **Expectations:** - Manage a portfolio of accounts, meeting retention and growth targets. - Proactively identify and address churn risks. - Deliver quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and account health updates. - Conduct live or virtual training sessions to boost user confidence. - Operate autonomously in a fast‑paced startup environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own the client relationship after onboarding, acting as primary point of contact. - Monitor customer health metrics in CRM (HubSpot preferred) and trigger action plans. - Lead QBRs/ABRs and coordinate cross‑functional initiatives to resolve issues. - Provide product guidance, best‑practice recommendations, and adoption strategies. - Capture and communicate customer feedback to influence product roadmap. - Collaborate with Sales to identify upsell/expansion opportunities. **Required Skills:** - 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS client‑facing role. - Strong verbal and written communication; ability to engage owners, admins, and field teams. - Proven ability to manage a book of business and prioritize accounts. - Analytical skills to interpret CRM data and customer health scores. - Experience conducting QBRs, trainings, and cross‑functional projects. - Self‑starter with problem‑solving mindset; comfortable in a startup setting. - Familiarity with restoration industry workflows is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. - No specific certifications required; proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM is essential.
