**Job Title:** Salesforce Developer
**Role Summary:**
Develop, enhance, and maintain Salesforce solutions to improve user satisfaction and platform reliability. Collaborate in an Agile environment, mentor team members, and support cross‑functional initiatives, including exposure to Python and cloud deployment practices.
**Expactations:**

- Communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Prioritize tasks, manage multiple priorities, and remain adaptable under pressure.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Flow solutions.
- Extend and optimize Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud).
- Integrate external systems via Salesforce APIs.
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines, Docker containers, and version‑control repositories.
- Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure compliance with coding standards.
- Mentor junior developers and share Salesforce expertise across the team.
- Participate in sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
**Required Skills:**
- 3+ years Salesforce development experience.
- Proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, Python, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Flow Builder.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform features, best practices, and API usage.
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD tools, and cloud software deployment/management.
- Familiarity with code version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Agile methodology understanding and collaborative teamwork.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and documentation skills.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I (or higher).
