**Job title**
Territory Developer Renewable Energy (ENR) – Nantes F/H
**Role Summary**
Develop and secure new renewable energy projects (wind, solar, hydro) by validating potential sites, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring land‑access and regulatory approvals. Coordinate with mapping, GIS, and development teams to deliver projects ready for implementation.
**Expectations**
* Deliver projects that meet technical, environmental, and stakeholder requirements.
* Maintain a robust pipeline of viable sites and secure agreements with landowners and local authorities.
* Build and sustain a network of partners (industrial, real‑estate, procurement) to expand development opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Validate potential development zones with the wind, solar, and hydro divisions.
- Compile environmental, economic, urban, and technical (connectivity) data.
- Identify and engage commercial, industrial, and agricultural property owners and local construction promoters.
- Initiate and maintain contact with municipalities, local actors, and landowners.
- Negotiate and secure principle agreements, council decrees, and land‑use contracts.
- Support regional development teams and report network feedback to broader territories.
- Establish documentation foundations for project security and investment planning.
- Expand partner network to unlock new renewable energy development prospects.
**Required Skills**
- Commercial, real‑estate, land‑management, or related background with proven sales/negotiation experience.
- Strong prospecting, closing, and relationship‑building skills.
- Proficient in Office Suite, internet research, task‑management, and scheduling tools.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, listening, teamwork, positivity, curiosity, adaptability, and autonomy.
- Knowledge of local government, agriculture, construction, and basic technical aspects of building and electrical systems.
- Passion and foundational understanding of renewable energy principles.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, real‑estate, land‑management, engineering, or related field.
- Relevant professional certifications in real‑estate, land‑use, or renewable energy are a plus.
