**Job Title:** Sales Consultant **Role Summary** Act as a self-employed Sales Consultant to secure landlords for a guaranteed rent scheme, with potential to transition to a full-time Property Consultant role. Earn a fixed annual salary plus commission per property secured. Progression requires signing a threshold of properties, with visa sponsorship available for those meeting targets. **Expectations** - Achieve 10 properties within 6 months to transition to full-time Property Consultant role (£30,000/year). - Reach 50 properties for salary increase (£38,700/year) and eligibility for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. **Key Responsibilities** - Identify and pitch guaranteed rent scheme to UK landlords (fixed income, no voids). - Secure signed contracts for properties complying with company criteria. - Meet monthly property acquisition targets to unlock salary increments. - Maintain landlord relationships and follow up on conversions. **Required Skills** - Proven sales experience in property, real estate, or letting sectors. - Strong negotiation and presentation skills for B2B client acquisition. - Self-driven work ethic with ability to meet targets independently. - Established networks within UK landlord or property communities (optional but advantageous). **Required Education & Certifications** - High school diploma or equivalent. - UK right-to-work status or eligibility for visa sponsorship (e.g., Graduate Route). - No formal certifications required; property or sales experience preferred.
