Job Description

Job Title: Salesforce Admin/Developer Role Summary: 5+ years of proven experience administering and developing on the Salesforce platform. Executes end‑to‑end Salesforce implementations, upgrades, and customizations, while ensuring data integrity, security, and optimal user experience. Provides rapid, production‑grade troubleshooting and leverages DevOps tools for continuous integration and delivery. Expactations: • Act independently in a production environment, resolving complex issues quickly. • Maintain and extend existing Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. • Manage data, security models, and user access. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. • Implement DevOps practices using Salesforce DX, Copado, or Gearset to streamline deployments. Key Responsibilities: - Configure Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes. - Develop custom applications with Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and REST/SOAP APIs. - Design and enforce data model, data migration, data clean‑up, and backup strategies. - Manage security settings: roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and field‑level security. - Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and adhere to Salesforce best practices. - Lead and mentor junior team members on platform usage and development standards. - Deploy and maintain CI/CD pipelines with DX and selected DevOps tools. - Monitor system performance, error logs, and ensure timely resolution of incidents. - Stay updated on Salesforce releases and evaluate impact on existing implementations. Required Skills: - Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and JavaScript. - Deep understanding of Salesforce administration: data management, security, automation. - Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (Salesforce DX, Copado, Gearset, or similar). - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities in a dynamic production environment. - Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of hands‑on Salesforce Administration or Development experience. - Active Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, or Application Architect required.
